10,2 km - 4 hours - Level of difficulty: moderate
Ascent: 602 m - Descent: 658 m - Highest Point: 428 m

This trail takes you to a gorgeous mountain environment, where you get a lot of different impressions of Sai Kung Peninsula. The views of Three Fathoms Cove, Ma On Shan, Long Harbour, Tolo Harbour, Plover Cove, High Island Reservoir and the eastern islands are awesome.
It is a real hiking trail with no concrete paths and no concrete steps only stone ones.
For the first climb you need 45 minutes. Then for another good hour the trail goes straight ahead and always a little bit up and down so that the second and third ascents are barely noticeable. The last ascent takes about 45 minutes and then the trail leads downhill all the way to Sai Sha Road, where you can catch a bus.
The level of difficulty is moderate to difficult depending on weather conditions.

Allow 1 hours travel time from Central to the starting point and 1 hours for your return journey.
